Aussie members....

Who are the best guys to go to for a BBF build? I mean, does anyone specialize in 460's here?

The guys that I was going to get to balance, assemble and dyno my engine have broken up their partnership, so I'm on the lookout for a new builder.

What happen to Trick & Mansweto? .......built some killer stuff!!

In NSW i dont know, but in VIC you have Dandy Engines (Frank & Lou), Competition Engines (Zoran), Haddad Bros (George & Ray), Pavtek (Theo), Srp Racing Engines (Danny Selva)..........just to name a few.

Hope this helps!!

Cheers, Bob

I don't know what happened exactly, I read something on another forum about them not getting on so well anymore. Don't know if that's true or not.

I'm still trying to find out if either one of them are still building engines.

Seems there are plenty of guys in Vic. I was hoping to find someone in Sydney or Brisbane To make it a bit easier.

Thanks for the tips.

Anyone else know of a BBF engine guy in NSW or Brissy?

Tristan (Trick) and Jason (Mansweto) have indeed gone their separate ways. The split happened back in March.

They are both still building engines. Tricky has a shop in St Mary's Sydney and has the CNC machine as well as his Serdi machine and Flow Bench. Jason is working out of a workshop on his property in Marsden Park.

Both will be able to build you an engine and both still have access to the dyno in their old shop. Tricky has just finished my engine which was started while they were still in partnership.

If you want to contact Tricky, he will be happy to look after every aspect of a Big Block build. This is the web site for his new enterprise:

He will answer emails up to 10 pm and the phone during business hours
