You can mill the current heads .020 without any changes in the valvetrain required, but that will only raise the compression by .2 of a point.
Milling the heads .020, installing flat tops and zero decking will get you about 9.6:1.
Installing early small chamber heads on the current setup will get you about 10:1, but will require a different valvetrain.
Installing dome pistons with the current heads, no other machine work, and no change in valvetrain will get you about 10.5:1.
