Stuck Dizzy!

So I finally got around to checking out the F350 to try and make it run on regular gas, and my base timing is at 7* BTDC. I figure no prop.....I'll set it at the factory spec of 10* BTDC.

The fricking dizzy is frozen and wont move.........ANY DIRECTION, up, advance, or retard! I did a search and couldnt find anything.

Anyone got some advise on how to make it move? I tried penetrating liquid and WD40, alittle tapping and prying, but it wont budge.

Heat, a good strap wrench, and another guy with a hammer and pry bar is what I used on my VERY stuck one. Also if you haven't already, let the WD 40 soak for a day or two...

PB blaster or such might work better than WD40 been my experance. Needs to soak and resoak. Sometimes it dosent work though. On the 400 in my 78 150 tried it and pry bars and such. Finialy after a month or so of trying bit the bullet. Got out the hammers prybars and other iplements of destruction.
It came out in pieces but got it out.

I need to use it today, but when I get back home I will give it some more attention. At least I can still get one if I break it!

Along with the penetrating fluids a good long shot of CO2 from a fire extinguisher might help to shock some clearance into it.
