Hello all,
I'm in the process of swapping a 460 into my 223 Frankentruck (Bought titled as a '64. Later found out it's a '64 body, '61 frame and '62 body). I'm using the Trans-Dapt 9313 crossmember and the Trans-Dapt 4225 steel mounts. I purchased the Hedman 89230 engine swap headers that a few forum threads have recommended, and they really don't fit. The passenger side hits the frame rail (by about 2+ inches) and the drivers side, while it fits, dumps right into the sump of the oil pan. There isn't a way to get the collector on. Am I going to have to fab something or go with an exhaust manifold? Any other options?
Thanks.
