Imagine that.....it doesn't fit. Have to figure out a way to rework the quarter piece. It is obviously made wrong because it angles away from the dropdown at the rear.......................

Good progress, that sucks about the patch panels not fitting/being made incorrectly....Where are you getting your body panels from? Even the best quality are going to need some "massaging", but to have them made with the wrong bend seems pretty extreme.

Yeah the extensions angle away from the drop downs at the rear. I guess I shouldn't complain....not like anything ever goes together without tweaking or having to redo something. Part is just made wrong. Don't understand how they would make parts wrong??? Oh well.....D

Ordered the rear bumper and valence hardware to test fit it all together and eye it a bit. Going to have to stitch in the quarter extensions first because clamping this crap in is distorting the quarter panels and throwing it off.......D

Must have been a dent there. (And some rust it seems) The trunk is looking great!

Looking at the pictures, really makes me want a 71~73 Mach even worse rust/body damage or not.

1967 Mustang coupe, Mustang II front suspension. W/RV camed, D3VE headed, 460/C6 (soon to be 557 CID w/ported police interceptor heads) out of the box BBC headers(with homemade steel adapters)

Looking sweet, fixing bad metal always gives me great satisfaction. Sort of thumbing my nose at Father Rust. Not today rust, not today.
