Glide guys ???s

So I got my new glide in the car today, hopefully be buttoned up and at the track next weekend. Just wondering what's the best fluid to run? Can I use Type F? I have alot! Also, do you guys shift from 1-high in the burnout? Seems to be the normal, but I don't want to hurt this $$$ trans! Thanks.

Yes type F. Some like the synthethic fluids, but they are expensive. I have been using type F for 20 great. Yes shift from 1st to 2nd on burn out...or do burn out in 2nd ....Either way don't forget to put in 1st when you stage.
