I've had four 6.4's and one 6.7. I had absolutely no complaints or problems with it. All my 6.4s had warranty problems. Then had to do all the deletes just to keep them reliable. Had one 6.0 and one was enough. I've currently got one 6.4 and one 7.3. I've had the engines out of both! Lol. If you go for stock to stock the 6.7 beats the pants of all other powerstrokes. But they have big weaknesses when turned up ie; turbo and rods fly apart after 550 hp at the rear wheels. I work on diesels for a living doing lots of performance work and the 6.4 is by far the easiest to get big hp out of for the dollar.

I love fords but they just can't seem to get the diesels right(besides the 7.3) That is why I have a Dmax, which has been a great truck, I can light em up with the cargo trailer on if i do it right.lol

I don't think so. I've driven three in the last month. Plenty of power stock, very quiet, the truck are comfortable and very nice. If it proves to be reliable over the years which I see no reason it won't then it will be the best powerstroke yet period. Stock they have more power than most modded 7.3s, not to mention they're in a better truck and easier to live with every day. I'm willing to bet that a stock 6.7 will put it on your modded 7.3 96 all day, every day with the air blowing, and while having a conversation on the sync. The 7.3s are a great motor, but they're still in 12 year old trucks minimum, and not nearly as refined as the newer diesels.

When to much is just right

In stock for the 6.7 will run off and hide from any other psd made, and I have fixed way less on the 6.7's than any of the others as well

The 6.4 modded may be a diff story, but in stock form its the biggest pos Ford ever stuck in a truck.

As far as a 6.7 putting it on a modded 7.3 I would'nt go there lol.

Don't need no rag burner either. That was the problem with my 7.3. Always working on it. Good Ford shop though, had a nice little F150 loaner, traded them. I'll keep my 460, thanks. Glad you like your PowerJoke.....that's what makes the world go round.
