Stock 460 head specs

I am new to the BBF world and am starting research on a blown BBF for my lifted F150. I would like to know as much information about Stock Heads as possible so that I may educate myself for buying future parts for my project truck. Tried looking on internet and have had no luck finding the information I want. CC's int/exh numbers and flow numbers if possible not required at this point
