Well I guess it depends which bolts you have with the rods .
My Paperworks says.
With Moly Lube TQ Method With other lubes Bolt Stretch method
7/16" ARP 8740 Bolts get 63 ft. # or .0059"-.0063" Bolt Stretch
7/16" ARP 2000 Bolts get 75 ft. # or .0064"-.0068" " "
7/16" ARP L-19 Bolts get 79 ft. # or .0073"-.0077" " "

Hope this helps ..

OK if you OPEN the box and look at the end of the rod bolts it will say what they are .
ARP 8740
ARP 2000
ARP L-19

When you find out which ones they are just use the list I gave you to Tq. them down.
Is there a tube of moly lube in the box??
If not let me know I'll send you one.
