Probably a better question to post on a SBF site?

I'd say your better off with a stoker 347.. Depends on the cam you can use.. RPM desired, ect..

How much HP are ya looking for?

Intake runner volume is proabably about 140cc. They flow about 185-190cfm on the intake.

Why not go with the 69-70 351w head?

funny I find this thread, my brother is selling his worked '70 windsor heads, I just have not got around to putting them up on the block. These are DOOE 351 castings, we had a local port the heads some years back, flow sheet is long gone but these heads went a 10.90 on a n/a 306" in a 3000# hatch.

They were just freshened up, stainless 1.90 1.60 valves, springs are new I think, 3/8" guideplates and studs. I think he even has the comp alum roller rockers and stud girdle for them.

The GT-40 series of heads still out flows the older 351W heads.

I never found a forum where anybody has ever tried the jegs/kasse heads for a small ford i bought them 4 years ago and their still in the box under the spare bedroom bed the writeup in MMFF magazine said they flowed 345/242@700 lift i always wanted to try them but now i'm a big ford nut.
