Aluminum driveshaft ?

Is there any problem with running one of the FMS aluminum driveshafts in a 466 powered Fox body? Any problem with the torque destroying the driveshaft?

I've read about guys running 600+ hp 521 strokers with that shaft. Never heard about anything bad happin'.

I broke one 2 months ago, now run a steel shaft, and the car launches harder, and runs faster down the quarter than with an aluminum shaft.......as there is 2 much torsional twist in these aluminum shafts. I tore the ears right off of mine :lol:
