GM EOS discontinued?

Stopped in the local Chev' dealer yesterday, for a bottle of EOS, counter kid said it was discontinued, though he still had 5 bottles left.

True??

It would be GM to stop making it. Good stuff that it is...
Now the question is what to use instead...

Just stopped at the local GM dealer and ordered a case (from my buddy the head partsman) two weeks ago and he asked why, so I told him I heard it was discontinued, he said it was no problem to get at all and nobody there heard that ? Maybe up here in Canada we can continue using it for a while.

I call BS on discontinuation....

Now though, GM doesn't call for it to break in anything anymore with their advance to all hyd rollers in about everything. I have some on my bench at work and the parts guy made a comment, when I got it, about not selling it anymore. So he isn't ordering it like he was.

I have used BG Pre-Lube and MOA with success on stuff that needs some extra protection on startup.

Any time I've gone to a Chevy/GM dealer and asked for it the guys never heard of the stuff and made no effort to try to get it for me. Another reason why I'm a Ford man I suppose...

I was looking at thr price of it somewhere online and it said it was discontinued.

Agree on BG's MOA.. That's what I use and even in wifes Mustang driver.. Good Stuff!
