We're having a problem with SFI flexplates. We drill them for Chevy converters and they break. Three so far. Is there a better way?

Al 32 Altered 09-19-2007, 09:25 AM Yes, buy a flexplate made the way you want it. JW Transmissions has "The Wheel", a nice unit. They make the bellhousings for PGs to 460 Fords, so I think they can do it right. I purchased one, but haven't ran it yet. John. 09-19-2007, 10:11 PM My sfi ATI flexplate has 3 patterns for converters already drilled. It has 2, three bolt GM bolt patterns, for a powerlide or Turbo 400 and it also has a 4 bolt Ford pattern. David Cole | |
