I just got my car done and have been driving it and it is really bouncy. It is pretty much just in the rear end. I have coil overs on the back with adjustable QA1 shocks. The springs are 110 pound springs. I have adjusted the shocks and it doesnt seem to be helping. Anybody know what to try.

Could use more info. What is the cars weight, what is the aprox front/rear weight percentages, how many clicks tight is the shock valving set, what type rear suspension?

im guessing car is 3000 pounds. Probably 70/30 percent distrubition. Shocks are 3 clicks firmer from the softest setting. Solid upper and lower control arms.

if you wiegh 3000 lbs you need to measure the coil overs lenght in the car on the ground to make sure you have some travel left in the shock that seems like a light spring for the car wieght normally 130 or 150 might be needed then go more clicks to control compression but make sure the shock is operating at the recommended ride hieght.

Agreed, tighten the shock valving and see what happens. Your current 3 clicks from full loose is still pretty loose. There should be at least 10 clicks there to work with.
I can see where a 110 pound rear spring could possibly work on a 3000lb car depending on how nose heavy it was. Around a 130 pound spring is a good starting point for a 3000 lb ladder bar/4-link car like an early Mustang or a Maverick. But since every combo is different as already mentioned the best idea is to measure your shocks center to center installed height at race weight & at ride height to see if the numbers fall around the shock makers suggested heights.

POSSIBLE THAT FRONT AND REAR SPRING RATE FREQUENCY TO CLOSE
CYCLES PER/MIN,FRONT SPRUNG WHT. WITH X SPRING RATE
REAR SPRUNG WHT. W/X SPRING RATE IF BOTH CYCLE AT THE SAME FREQUENCY THE CAR WILL BOUNCE OR HOBBY HORSE DOWN THE TRACK
