I am the new owner of a 64 F100 with the 460 V-8 which I am rebuilding. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what make or year bucket seats I could use to replace the stock bench seat? Thank you for your advice. Jim.
1964 Ford F100 Seat Questionfendy4 10-05-2007, 02:31 PM I am the new owner of a 64 F100 with the 460 V-8 which I am rebuilding. Jim. cdeal28078 10-06-2007, 12:31 PM I am not 100% sure because I know more about the 67-72 trucks. On the 67-72's seats up to a 95 F150 will bolt right in. I do think you have to use the old seat tracks though. Does the 64 have the small step inside the cab or is that the 63's? If the cab floors are the same as the 67's then you are supposed to be able to use up to a 95 seat. Ask this question over at Fordification.com for a proper answer if nobody else here knows. A lot of truck knowledge over there. It is nothing but trucks. Beware though as they are not real v8 friendly over there right now. There is a straight 6 revival happening right now over there. lol Still nice people though. clint 62galxe 10-06-2007, 09:20 PM site for 60's ford trucks. http://www.slick60s.org/ pfm-64f100 10-10-2007, 01:27 PM You could always redo your bench seat. It's actually really easy. But ask the question on the slick60s.org site and you will get lots of options. site for 60's ford trucks. http://www.slick60s.org/ |
