ZF 5spd

Has any one put a ZF 5spd trans on a NP205 transfer case? Will it work or only on the aluminum 207s?

I run a NP208 on my ZF5, and used to run a BW1356 (prefer the 208). I have never spoke to anyone who ran a NP205 on a ZF5 but physically it will bolt up and work fine. The only question is whether it is too much wight being torqued around on the end of that transmission. It wouldn't be a bad idea to run some sort of mount or support to the 205 if you do any serious off-roading. Then again I've only broke one 208 (destroyed the case and ran it bone dry, still got me outta the woods). 208's are a dime a dozen so it wasn't a big deal.
