Damn nice. The '70 Ranchero I had years ago probably didn't look 1/2 as good the day it was made.

Thanks guys. My wife barely tolerates riding in the 'Chero but she gets a kick out of how it turns heads.

Motor is coming out for rings and bearings this winter. I bought it used.I only got to make 8 passes last year. I'm still a rooky driver trying to figure out how to launch on sticky tires. I've never had a converter like this before and I'm learning to use it as well.

What type front/rear suspension mods does it have?
I've watch this build on TorinoCobra. He's had bad trans issues and all kinds of hurdles but man it sure looks worth it all. The bottom of it is as purdy as the top.
Its a great truck.

Thanks Phil. The 'Chero is stock type suspension, Comp Engineering shocks, 90/10 front, 50/50 rear. Cal-tracs on rear. My 12.04/ 113.37 runs were at a track elevation here in Calgary of 3500 ft.. The density/air that day was the equivalent of 4425' elevation. My motor is smoking a little so it's down on power. This motor was in an '88 Mustang with a turbo 400 and short 4" exhaust terminating before the axle. He ran 10.24 @ 134 mph.

I plan on taking the 'Chero to Mission BC next summer that track is at sea level. Guys here tell me Calgary cars pick up 8/10ths to a second there.
