Fuel Cells

I have a question about fuel cells.

I see that some have a 90ohm sending unit or other say a GM sending unit, do either of these work with the stock fuel gage on a Fairmont dash? I really want to keep the stock gage.

Does anyone make a round fuel cell that fits in the spare tire area?

Any other things I need to look for or be concerned with in a fuel cell? FYI: It’s not a race car it’s just that my minitub job made it so that my stock fuel tank cannot be used. No big deal.
