well, i am going to just build the zephyr, i sat in the rx-7 today, i had to scoot all the way down in the seat and my head still hits the roof and that's with no helmet on..

What mounts did you use? I think this would be an awesome little sleeper to build. Let people think you are just running a little rotary motor.. then unless 500+ inches on that azz. NICE!

use custom made mounts or a front plate, tons of room, i would say that mustang swap headers that fit inside the frame would fit or very close to fitting, and i know some shorties or mid tenth would work

I know a guy who has about 5 rx-7's , so if you dont I might . I have 2 460's sitting in the garage and need something to put them in . One probly will go in my tow rig the other I plan on doing an E-85 motor out of .

Do you have any idea how wide of tire will fit in the rear ?

with the right BS you can get a 10 in wide tire under it, the bolt pattern is the same as ford 4 lug mustangs, and it almost a direct bolt in if you want to use a 8.8 mustang rear end
