1977 Mud truck

This truck was parked in 2000, in july of 2008 I pulled it out of it's resting place it had been in for the better part of 9 years, when I started the motor was locked up and I re worked it and got it running, it was the original 351m with the stock 3.50 gears and 35 boggers this is what it looked like

Soon to be adding a slitly modified 460, gears, and locking the rearend to comlete the mud truck

I like the platform your going with, I love those 70's fords. What kind of transmission is in it?
I almost changed over to a newer body style until I found a good bed to put on mine.

And if you wouldn't mind, how about posting your pics somewhere we can see them without logging in?

IT has the c6 tranny I am also going to put a 3000 Stall convterer in it

looks good so far with the new hp you might have to upgrade those rears.

Get it running on all 8 will help, :)

Looks good, 450-500 HP 460 35's and 3.50 gears is a very good combo, You should do well.
I would run it a bit after the new engine before changing gears, I think you will like it.
