"Comps Roller Cam - I'll give spec if needed" Thanks anyway, don't need all your secrets. Was just making sure it wasn't a 5.0 auto truck. LOL
Nice truck, runs great, good work.
Hey Doug, there's something for you to shoot for.

Not sure if you guys noticed but the highest wheelie was done with my brother in the car with me.....I never expected it to come up that high with extra ballast and it still ran a 9.90. I'll have my brother post his 65 BBF Falcon. Pretty good build considering its only a 466 with SCJ heads ,sollid cam, Dominator with Victor Manifold looking like a old A/FX car running 9.90's at 3,000lb.
By the way ,the Truck goes 3550 with Stock Frame Rails,Ladder Bars and a Mustang II front.

Lol, damn what track lets you race with a passenger. Especially with a 9 second truck.

BTW, very nice truck. One of the nicest old stepsides ive seen. Drive it on the street at all?

I use to go to car shows and "Lawn Chair Race" but that got old..It was in Truckin, Fast Ford and some small pics in Car Craft. It was painted about 15 years ago and has some Drag Racin battle scars but all in all it still looks pretty Damm good. I drive it around the development but thats it for now.

thanks for the Questions
Oh Ya the track is Thompson Raceway Park in North east Ohio

Bitchin Truck! Love the pics with the wheels up in the air! You need to come down to the bash in June. There are a couple fast trucks there that would be cool to run with.

Well, you can't cut cost on using a c-4 and you have to freshen it every year.
good rebuild kit isn't cheap anymore. If I go anymore power I'll consider going th400 but it won't be cheap to change and I'll lose some et.

Thanks for answering my pm about the truck, I cant begin to tell you how much I like that thing. That's an awesome video. If you get some pictures of the front and back suspension I would love to see some.

If you had to build the truck over would you still go with the stock frame or would you go a different route like 2x3 tube? Is there anything you would change to make it better.

I haven't raced now in 4 years and I have someone coming to look at my Mustang this week, I thought I had kicked the habit till I seen pictures of your truck, that and my buddy has his 528 hemi in his ugly *** dodge now and is about ready to hit the track. And you know what those dodge guys are like! I would like to shut him up without him having the well your car weighs less is more aero dynamic excuses blah blah blah.

Look at this ugly mother!

That truck is awesome. Don't see too many 80's vintage trucks at the strip, esp fast ones!!!! I'm also interested in more pics of the front suspension. Be neat to see how you did the Mustang II front suspension. My cousin is considering doing it to his 78 F150, so pics are a huge help.
