Has lots of followers on here for his good service . Myself included . Cale Aronson 08-31-2009, 09:47 AM If you would like a Race Overhaul kit let me know. It would run you about $250.00 Greg_P 08-31-2009, 12:18 PM Sorry Cale, but Jay is a proven supplier of C4 and C6 transmission parts here and his prices, service, and tech support are unparalleled as far as I'm concerned. http://www.broaderperformance.com tconnection, Jay can supply you with everything for a stock rebuild, and can also help you with some easy "drop in" parts to help the strength and longevity of the trans for cheap. Good luck, Greg Cale Aronson 08-31-2009, 02:50 PM Sorry Cale, but Jay is a proven supplier of C4 and C6 transmission parts here and his prices, service, and tech support are unparalleled as far as I'm concerned. http://www.broaderperformance.com tconnection, Jay can supply you with everything for a stock rebuild, and can also help you with some easy "drop in" parts to help the strength and longevity of the trans for cheap. Good luck, Greg My point is that it is a stock C6 under the Race Driveline section. One question.... why did you appologize to me? What are you sorry for? Greg_P 08-31-2009, 03:55 PM Well, since you asked, Jay's name was recommended, and he has a very good track record on this forum.. Then you come in at the end of the post trying to steal some of Jay's business. I guess I'm not SORRY, I just felt that I needed to break it to you easy like that you ain't Jay. Greg Cale Aronson 08-31-2009, 04:55 PM Greg.... Just FYI... Anyone is allowed to offer help, service, parts or other things to forum members here. I am not trying to "steal" any business, I am simply offering an option through my own business. That is called advertising, or attempting to make a sale. However, I put on there that it was a "Race" kit, not a general rebuild kit. As, like say I was trying to make a point. Jay himself can post here and that is 100% fine!!! He didn't offer anyone anything, another person just recommended him. I don't know Jay, however I am sure he is a good source and that is why someone is recommending him. I see that you are flying the "alternative" site in your signature. I have no problem with any of the old guys who started this board, and I am here to offer assistance to those here. If you talk to Chilly, Bruno, Jones or any of the others, they will tell you I am not out to get anyone...! Take a chill pill please! richter69 08-31-2009, 05:48 PM Not sure the poster was looking for a "race kit" anyway............. A good stock type kit should be in the under a 100 dollar range. I'm sure Jay, Frank, or any others for that matter could piece one together. I got out of the tranny biz but still have connections and parts sources for that matter..................:) ;) I'll go back to my silence now. Greg_P 08-31-2009, 06:00 PM Hey man, no need to get the red-***. Greg.... Just FYI... Anyone is allowed to offer help, service, parts or other things to forum members here. And in the Race Section no-less  Cale Aronson 08-31-2009, 06:14 PM Hey man, no need to get the red-***. No worries... I just don't like being told I am "stealing" anything! ;) 77mud 08-31-2009, 06:22 PM So what only racers can ask Questions, its a driveline forum, there is not one for a none race  richter69 08-31-2009, 06:25 PM They should add a stock driveline and a street-strip driveline forum. 77mud 08-31-2009, 06:47 PM They should add a stock driveline and a street-strip driveline forum. I guess we will just have to put in a request to the coreperats to see if we made them enough money to get that yet Cale Aronson 08-31-2009, 07:43 PM No... the point was it was posted in the Race section and I offered a race kit.... Everyone griped when I added this section.... God forbid we put in more sections! LOL mudbogtom 08-31-2009, 11:15 PM If you would like a Race Overhaul kit let me know. It would run you about $250.00 I would like some info on this kit... got a link or some info you could send me? email or pm is fine also. Thanks Tom Cale Aronson 09-01-2009, 06:38 AM Sure... I use mostly PA (Performance Automatic) for things of this nature. They almost always have the right stuff in stock and we can usually get customers taken care of quickly and have them using good stuff without hesitation. Depending on if you C6 was pre 1976 or a 1977-1996 version there are two options available. Tom Frank Merkl 09-05-2009, 06:55 PM Cale, I like the section ! as for the other little pinheads that keep throwing in their .02 cent if their location is not 460FORD.COM why do they bother posting?? Frank Cale Aronson 09-05-2009, 07:35 PM LOL! Yeah kinda makes it not make any sense huh? haha tconnection 09-07-2009, 07:43 AM Let me clarify myself. I have a tranny that came out of a 1990 f350 van that had a 460 in it. Would this tranny be a c6? And yes it will be for race. Im wanting to beef it up with drop in parts. I really dont want to have to go grinding and machining parts if i really dont have to. I need it to handle 750hp. Thanks and sorry for miss leading u guys. hillbilly hurst 09-08-2009, 08:13 PM Let me clarify myself. I have a tranny that came out of a 1990 f350 van that had a 460 in it. Would this tranny be a c6?
