Well what a weekend it was the last 2 points days and I stepped up to the plate with the BBF Mustang.
Sat 1st round i had the points leader I put a .017 light on him and pushed him to a brake out running out the back door with a 12.015 run.
Round 2 I had the bye run and got a .000 light
Round 3 had a soft .33 light and dumped and got the win
round 4 got a .001 light and I was off the line before the other guy "I just killed him :)"
round 5 .036 light to a .046 light I just took the stripe to be safe ( he was 2nd in points)
final with a good friend got a .023 light the other guy went red lucky he did I spun just after I took off. (3rd in points)
It was great he pulled over on the return road to give me the big high 5 :)
Sunday I was doing good also 1st round I got a .001 light to a red light and won easy.
2nd round I got the bye and spun and went red, I asked the starter if he could do some prep to the track, next round they sprayed the whole dam track WOW got a .046 to a .062 and gave a quick burp and gave up the stripe.... so I got 94 points in the last weekend not too bad
So I finished 4th the in points out of about 50 racers and last year I was 3rd
now we are getting ready for bracket finals and it's going to be tuff since I have been laid off since the beginning of June so if anyone wants to sponsor a car with anything PM me :)
Oh so do you think those are good lights with a pure foot brake car, I don't even have a line lock on the car LOL
