I have a 468 BBC ya I know it is a chevy ha ha . I have a 557 ford as well.

Back to the point here.

I need to know what pump and 3 way and so on that I will need to run. The motor dynoed 800 HP. It will also have a 200 hp NOS. I would like to get one pump for it all to run on.

It has a enderle fuel injection on it. The one with the 3 butterflies on it. I am new to alcohol, and injection.

I would love some help from you all. I know that there are some people on this site that know this in and out. That is why I asked you all.

Thanks for all of your help with this and the help on the 557. It is nice to have help from people that have done this!!!

Pump wise you will want to go with the larger one which is sometimes referred to as a #1 or a .700 . In regards to the 3 way valve you will want to plumb your bypass valve into the return side of it otherwise you would have 3 returns and it would not function as intended.
With the nitrous and alcohol we generally recommend running a smaller cell or tank up front and running the nitrous on fuel as there can sometimes be tuning and freezing problems due to the properties of the alcohol , the water content and the temperature of the nitrous itself.

I would call Jim at Enderle Fuel injection and let him set this up and flow it...TRUST ME...it is worth the money..

Yeah if it Enderle stuff I'd give them a ring. I'd also plan on a seperate fuel system with the spray, and race gas at that.

Not Enderle but some good free reading. Kinsler is mainly IR injection and EFI, but they do show some plumbing layouts for bugcatcher stuff. Also they have some trouble shooting ideas. Never hurts to read as much as you can, Pete.

Also, I would really do some research on the n20/alky....haven't a lot of people tried that with not much luck?...not trying to discourage you at all....just thinking out loud...

Well as for the NOS it was ran that way. I got the motor from a guy back east. He ran a 8.86 in the 1/4 with a 200 hp nos. The jets are set up for alcohol now. I will have to give them a call and see what they say. Do you have a number for them to get me set up? Thanks for all the help!

I am going to guess and say if this is natty aspirated you need approx an 80-A enderle pump. BUT you need to gather all your info and talk to Spud Miller or Jim @ Enderle. You need to get an idea how much fuel you will be using and size the pump so that you are returning some to the tank. it makes a difference which barrel valve you are running and the size of the Injectors.

Probably a 6 AN three way is sufficent, it was when I ran a 557 cid BBF Inj alky natty aspirated.

x2 ...good info /advice here.

Your option is to have someone "build" your fuel system for you or you can build it yourself with some help and some reading and some home work.

Just be aware that if you get a "phone set-up" from enderle it's not a flowed system and his set-up will be extremly safe and aways from a good tune. They don't offer flowed system and there pump numbers are generally not accurate.

Pm me if you like i'm the cheby guy on here and I run injection as well. Like JC stated a 80-A pump will do you and you need to get some pump flow numbers before you can even put a base line to it. I wouldn't go with a bigger pump than you need, just complicates your system with system pressures.Spuds has a calculator that is amazingly accurate and will get you in a good solid base.
