what does these #s mean BLOCKS D2VE-B AND DIVE-A2B and the HEADS #s are D VE-A2A and D3VE-A2A. I no it means year and make or something like that. What do they sell for or are they junk?? THANKS

The D is for the decade, which is 1970...
the second digit is the year of the decade... so D2 is 72, DI is likely D1 which makes it 1971...
The D3VE head is '73, and I would bet a quarter that the one with the blank... D VE is a 3, just cast poorly or hard to read which would make it a '73 also.

Paul Kane has posted several times about those, but it is sometimes hard to remember the key words for the search.

I wouldn't call them junk, unless they are damaged. Depending on what you want to build, you are likely able to get there with those parts.
