460 89 Fox Body - Motor Plate or Mounts

Hey guys, I got a 460 in my 89 fox Convert. I am wondering if someone could tell me what would be better? A motor plate or special engine mounts from summit. I am mostly going to street the car but might take it to the track a couple times. Right now the car has a motor plate but it is in the way most of the time and does not allow me to run any of the stock or after market pulley or belts, it all has to be custom. There are motor plates that are made that allows you to use your stock brackets and what not for your alternator but which one will be better over all for the car. Mounts or a plate.

since you said it's more of a street car I would say the motor mounts.
