I think "Bronco Graveyard" sells the c-mnts you are looking for to run radius arms with the dana 60.

place called CAGE makes radius arms as well as weld on C wedges. What some peoeple do is cut off the peices off the dana 44 and weld them on the 60.

When i was going to go coils i was goin to order those arms they bring the beaf. Bronco graveyard sells them called dana 44 and they are saposed to fit 60s

hope this helps

I would get some heim joints and some tubing, make a set of ladders bars similar to the radius arms. Attach it to the axle with some brackets and call it good. Forget the c bushings and welding the wedges for them on the axle. Thats just my opinion. :)

I did what relentless was talking about but i made mine completely bolt on. Took a lot of extra work but i wanted to be able to slap the leaf springs back in if i had problems or wanted a change. Since your truck was a 1/2 ton already, the quickest easiest and cheapest way would be to order the wedges from bronco graveyard, weld them to the axle and bolt the axle right in. The only thing you would have to fabricate would be the track bar bracket on the axle which is simple and figure out what type of steering you are gonna run.

don't build ladder bars for the front. it will not handle right (ie. no articulation at all). i have done several dana 60 swaps in 44 equipped trucks.

these wedges work pretty good. http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-33949_c-bushing_radius_arm_mounts.htm

if you choose to use wedges and radius arms, there are a couple thing that you will need to do. to use those wedges or any wedge cut off of a dana 44, you will need to open up the radius on the tube side. if you grind them open until they just fit the tube then you will most likely need a 1/2" spacer in the joint of the radius arm due to the fact that the axle tube is larger.

it is tricky getting the wedges lined up with each other and set for the proper kingpin angle.
