Hey guys My 86 has a 4 speed manual, I have a zf5 out of an 88, will it bolt up in to my 86?

yeah. take any necessary stuff off the 88 and swap into the 86. The chassiz's are the same...basically.
dont forget the flywheel too.

If you re-use your existing transfer case(which will bolt to the ZF) you will be able to re-use your stock driveshafts. You can also bolt the t-case shifter from the T19 onto the ZF, so the stock shifter hole for the t-case can be re-used.
Your existing clutch hydraulics will work fine, the slave cyl will clip on the ZF, it's the same part.
You will probably have to swap the flywheel though, most of the 4 speed trucks are 11" clutch equipped and the flywheel isn't drilled for the 12" disc the ZF uses. The ZF has a larger input shaft so you have to use it's clutch disc.
