This is from an old Super Ford, numbers from memory but should be accurate. Sorry but I can't provide exact parts numbers...article is so old they probably are obsolete anyway.

Holley 750
Edelbrock Performer
9.5:1 Compression
Crane 260HMV cam 216/228 .518/.513 on 112LSA
DOVE heads with thermactors removed
1 7/8" headers

Motor made 520lbft at 3500 and 430hp at 5000rpm

Great budget build for a truck or heavy car looking to be extremely streetable and still go low 13s.

209.89.241.119 have almost the same build... October 25 2004, 5:55 PM

except with a 272hmv and iron exhaust, car is a heavy 4500 with me in it. 3.70/c6-2200stall on 245/60r15 tires. no 1/4 times as of yet, but she will lay 108 feet on both wheels (just to piss off the neighbours).

71.48.249.191 I need more!!! August 24 2005, 8:00 AM

More info. What pistons are needed? What happens when I have higher compression? Will I still get the torque numbers?
I have D0VE C heads; I wasn't aware they had thermactor back then... Where are they?
I really want a 500+ ft lb 460 on a budget. I have a tight 460 right now with new timing set straight up. Heads are ready to go to the rebuilders right now (used condition).
Is this cam a low overlap, high lift?
Mark

That Super Ford article was the first one I read and wanted to build when I built my first 460 T-Bird in 1993.

I still want to build that engine and stick it in my tow truck.
