Thanks Greg, tried (visited them and pleaded) ATP Motorspecs here and they said try Google, not interested in ordering non standard parts for me.

Picked up a Alto Forward Powerpack from Alto eBay store, and Direct Powerpack from PATC, freight was more than the packs but at least I could get someone to supply them.

One thing we have never done is record the part numbers of the Torrington’s used in the last fully rollerised C6. We have all but two, used to just get a full kit and didn’t pay much attention to part numbers.

Also, we are a little perplexed with the trans pressure thru second, 310-330psi that drops after 7800 or 0.5s before the second-third shift? Can’t attach a photo here but could send you a plot from the data logger. Pressure in first and top is around 200-220.

If interested, send me your email and I’ll send over the plot.

    Regards.

    Greg,

Long time since I've been around the site. I'm trying to hunt down a supplier of the Alto Powerpack or similar forward and drive clutch kits to try on the next freshen of the trans. Driveline Services here are no longer interested ( have heaps for T400 but wouldn't bother with C6 stuff, try Google!).

Alternatively, you know another brand of thin frictions/steels? Should I order from US? Tried Broader but their freight was $247 for it, twice the price of the kit itself and over $300 US all up.

Looking at rollerising my trans fully ( yeah, I'm still doing 1.05s 60" times with only a No.9 roller), as well as reducing the reverse pack frictions possibly. I am seeking a few more mph.

Anyway, any advice appreciated of course, John.

    Hi Greg,

Frank Merkl suggested I contact you about a gearbox build.
I have purchased his valve body but need the rest of the box (c6) built around it, are you able to build this for me?

    Thanks

    Kev
