The heads are fine shape, NO PROBLEMS, NONE!! They have some pretty tall comp valve springs on them now, but I recommend replacing those, for whatever you want, and that is all, what is there is what is in the post, 2 heads, 16 ARP rocker studs, and 8 comp 3/8 guide plates. I am not sure of the valves, Probably NOT stainless, but not sure. They ran fine for me Never missed a beat for 20k miles. Worked great. Did everything a cylinder head was supposed to do. If you are worried about them, then buy them and have a shop look at them, the price is fair and you can't begin to build these heads for 200 dollars. You couldn't build one for 200 dollars. Thanks and hope this helped.
