Installing the 10 point in Fox mustang

This weekend I am having the 10 point installed , I was just checking any do's or don't with the Fox mustang? I am also welding in set of through floor subframe connectors. I understatnd it's not need for the speeds I'm planning for now but I plan to go faster later.

Remember the tops of the cage have to be welded or you have to use gussets if you cant get to the very tops,this is one i finished last week and i chose to drop the cage thur the floor to get to the tops.
I'd to read and follow a full write up on this,.....:D

And 89460fox the reason i had to cut out that much of the rear is because when i went to weld in the plates for the back bars i found out the asshat my buddy had paint it also removed his spare tire well and tried to cover it up with several pieces of 3/16 steel plate and when he started to butcher and burn thur his frame with a stick welder, then he covered it up with tons of fiberglass and paint before he could see it and told my buddy its all welded in what a mess it was.

You want the car to be on its own weight or else the car will not be square once done. You can have the car off the ground but make sure the suspension is supporting the weight and the car is level.
