You need to buy new lifters then if it's a hydraulic flat tappet. You can use roller lifters over again on a new cam, but never use any used flat tappet lifters with a new cam.

IMO the TFS Street 290 heads would be the ones to use. They have several valve spring and retainer options, so study the catalog and pick appropriately.
