I think liberty can do the carbon fiber syncro too, but they known for face plating the TKO600. Basically gets rid of the syncros altogether.

Put a teaspoon of oil in cylinder and redo compression test. If it is rings will seal up and give a lot higher pressure reading. If not is valve seal or head gaskets.
