The solid flats with the edm oiling hole lifters do well. If a guy was paranoid about it....the nitrided cams would be an option. Comp offers them and I suspect other cam companys do too.

Thanks for the kind words. The fact that one does not have to spend a small fortune on cam, lifters and valve springs to have a stout piece is the #1 reason I posted the build.

Because the cheap azz headers did not have bung...

Because the cheap azz headers did not have bung in them...so the sensor was in the after piping which was blown plum off during the pull.
