The first heads that come to mind are Edelbrock...

The first heads that come to mind are Edelbrock Performer RPM heads with the standard port (non-CJ) and 75cc chambers (they also offer them with 95cc I think).
They will help with towing just fine....

It will be fine. I've used the same gaskets before on a dozen different vehicles with Edelbrock intakes. No problems to speak of.
But be sure to re-torque the intake after it has cycled thru a few...
