With the pricey EDM lifters my cam grinder refaces the lifters with the proper finish and crown. They can then be reused.

DO NOT use the old lifters on a new cam. You are begging for trouble...

First off the SCJ-A heads have a nice solid flat tappet spring package with about 370 pounds open at max lift.

The SCJ-B's have the solid roller springs.
