Excellent write up. In cases where you don't a large grainy effect, I use Duplicolor Armor bed liner which has a finer texture and is much more durable.

Maximum sustainable temp while towing?

What would be the max sustainable temp while towing? Could you run 220* on a long uphill climb for 1/2 hr or so? I've always been told that damage starts @ 230* and heads can start to crack @235*....

How about relocating the entire cooler to somewhere else on or under the chassis? Even if it only works @ 50% air flow that's still enough cooling....and besides it's paid for.

Would just milling a stock D3vE head without port work have any noticeable improvement in a towing application? How much can you remove before getting into intake sealing problems?

It's a 4 hole 4150 style that has the divider...

It's a 4 hole 4150 style that has the divider removed between the pri and sec one side that equalizes the plenum on a Performer intake. He said he gets them from you.

I can't find a # for the spacer on the Jomar site.
