The money you spent on the dial bore gauge is about 1/2 the price of boring the block, with the measurements you have taken it looks like it need to be bored anyway with 10-15 thou loose at the top...

Rob, the input shafts are course spline for a P/G and fine for turbo inputs, I think I'm interested in one converter as well, I'll call Greg at FTI and ask about changing input splines

I would use the Headers for sure, then add a 2 1/2 exhaust with a H or X pipe and some flowmasters and a set of tail pipes all 2 1/2 inch that will make enough back pressure to act like smaller tube...
