Lem had my block, drop shipped to my shipping guy in CA. My guy then shipped it to Australia. Worked out fine.

Why can't you put the wheel up in a lathe and machine it so it does fit?
I don't think you need to sell the dampener just because the wheel doesn't bolt on (with out modification)

I had to replace my Scat 4.5" crank with a Lunati Voodoo crank in my A460 block.
I mocked it up last week and there was no interference issues.

With out the restrictors, the sump would be pumped dry pretty quick.
All the oil would have been up in the valve covers.

I didn't have to touch the spring seat on my heads. I use the big spring, Comp 648 I think.
X1 on the .100" longer valves. I got them from Lem.
