we have used E-85 pump grade on a 14 to 1 with NOS big shot 300 plus system with no issues, I'm building mine now and its 12.5 to 1 on E-85 with a 250 progressive system

Its that FRAM filter thats causing all the leaks LOL!!!, looks like it has a lot of blow by, to much pressure in the crank case and its pushing oil out everywhere, good luck with the freshen up.
