A 2 circuit setup is the best way to go in my worthless opinion. Its easier to tune, and when you get the transfer between the idle / low speed, and high speed just right, it works awesome.

Also, a flat tappet camshaft is made of cast iron, and a roller cam is made of hardened steel. The roller lifters on a cast iron flat tappet cam would destroy it very quickly.

If it had the 351M/400 and C6, then you dont need to shorten the driveshaft, as a stock length unit will fit.

Cruise can be leaner...in the 14.2 to 14.7 area
Idle in the 13.5 to 14.2 zone.

You just have to play with it, and experiment with different settings....
