all engines are different but I always set timing at 28* and go up 2* after each pull or pass and keep going up on timing until it slow's, then go back to the last timing setting before it slowed...

that price is without the 5% discount, and true you have to use a CJ intake and exhaust manifolds and a new valve relief is needed on the intake side of the piston, I done mine and its WELL worth...
