We use 351m-400 bellhousings for 4speed swaps. Whats different about the C6? Do more research. Bet they are the same EXTERNALLY. In side is probably another story.

I think something is haywire. 356's and a c6 , 3800 rpms @65 mph would mean you would have to have 20" dia tires. That c6 going bad?

Mine was doing exact same thing. The in tank pumps are week when new. I m in the proxess of up grading....different pump, tank pickup, bigger line, dropping hot fuel return and re-routed fuel line....
