My opinion is that you either need higher octane fuel, or lower compression / cylinder pressure. It's never going to run right on pump gas in it's current configuration.

You probably need to adjust the accel pump cam, squirter size, idle mixture screws, or all three. If you can watch the A/F gauge, it should tell you which way to go with it.

On the 75cc version of this head, the valve is in fact about .050 closer to deck than the 85cc version, and I've confirmed with my rep that this will be the design...
