I suspect these are truck heads. My F350 has none of these as well. If I recall, I think trucks over a certain GVW (6000lbs ?)had no smog crap. I could be wrong and I'm sure others will chime in.

What kind of wire set did u use? Sometimes the cheaper sets don't have as much insulation and crossfire can occur especially if u don't separate the #7 and #8 plug wires to prevent this.
