My bad yes he did say manual which means he could go with a ZF5. The only thing I'm unsure about is how much power the ZF 5 can handle, don't know if you can beef it up like the autos.

I use a 3/8" socket and taped it on the end of my speed wrench and spin it CCW till oil appeared at the rockers. Then put distributor back in and fire it up.
