Being that you have the FRPP kit with the 6.605"...

Being that you have the FRPP kit with the 6.605" rods I'd use the D9 block.

Jon Faubion [richter69] used the Trend straight 7/16" .165" wall rods in his P51 engine. Maybe he'll see this and tell us how much rodeo was involved. He hangs out over at Bruno's place mostly.

Yes, I do realize that both heads do have dual quench. The facts of the matter are that regardless of N A or on the hose the P51 and C460 heads do not have the same ignition timing requirements.
