If I can get everything all finished up this week, my 1st race is next weekend (may 18th). Still need to finish welding in the front bars of the cage then make new headers.

Sticking with the gutted bed. Moving the front alxe forward 10.5" should help transfer weight better and make up for the lost weight in the bed. At least in theory..

That was temporary for the dyno. The motor will get a nice new set of fabricated aluminum covers when it's in the truck

Made a few passes today have some suspension tuning to do but getting closer first points race is in 2 weeks.

Yup the 557 out of the step side will try and get truck dialed in this year and build bigger engine next winter.
