Default Flat rate machine shop labor guide?

Years ago when i was in the ASE program i ran across a flat rate manual for automotive machining services. I photocopied some pages but havent used looked at them for some time and now cant seem to find them. Does anyone know if this flat rate guide is available on line or where i may find this information?
Thanks..................Ron
